The magic in every word

There’s a magic in every word I see. In times when scarcity of words occupies the spaces of my mind, the sight of someone’s creation gives a little light… a piece of a pathway that guides me to where I should be moving. It’s a torch lit in the mid of darkness that grows and blazes inside this dormant head.

At first, thoughts seem to be futile— no rhythm, only pure dullness and lack of passion to deliver sensations. Words hide when you needed them the most and come when you are deeply incapable of writing down notes. One night you’re poetic; nine nights you’re incoherent. Sometimes, your mind is so powerful but you’re body withdraws. So, instead of picking up flashing words and placing them in a treasure box, you let yourself drown in the fountain of dreams where words vanish like popped bubbles.

Thankfully, there are chances and instances when body and mind act in harmony, shockingly creating beautiful music. Sometimes, a word could bring out unconsciously kept thoughts that could give birth to a work you thought you couldn’t accomplished. This work (just like this one) might not be as perfect and as impressive as other writings do, but you know to yourself that you have created something that’s worth reading.

Sometimes, all you need is just one word to start with and all the other words will follow and flow like spring water. It’s like sprinkled magic dust that sparkles so  brightly and sparks into something nice. Truly, words are magical.

This would be a fun idea for a whimsical bridal shower or just to add some color to your daily life.

You will need:

A tablecloth (Target has nice thick white ones).

Craft paint

Circle punch

Cardstock

Freezer paper—to lie under the tablecloth and protect…
